Open Question: How do you adjust a voltage regulator?

I have a 1951 GMC 3/4 ton. Was 6V someone down the line changed it to 12. It has a alternator on it. Were would the voltage regulator be? My battery is not charging. although it runs on a totally dead battery. How do I adjust the regulator? How do I test the system?... Read More »
