Open Question: Problems with 1988 s-15?

ok i have a 1988 gmc s-15 2.5L. I bought it non-running. The problem was it was not getting gas. I tested line pressure and it was quite low so i put a new pump in. I thought the problem was solved but soon enough no gas was getting through the throttle body. My next step was putting a new injector in. This seemed to solve the problem for the most part but now its doing it again. It has not started sometimes on the morning and it even completely died on me while driving. Still it is not getting gas through the throttle body. Also the filter is new. Another thing is that the thing will not start in the rain. Don't know if they are related but that quite a problem too. Its so weird because one minute it will not start at all no matter what i do, the next it pops right off with no problem.
